Tecweigh’s scale processors are built to operate in abrasive, corrosive, and humid environments. User friendly controls include features such as full-time diagnostic, adjustable dampening, and easy to understand calibration. Long time Tecweigh customers can update existing scales and weigh belt feeders with a simple to install processor upgrade kit. Please contact us for more information about upgrading an old processor.
MSRI
Tecweigh’s new Multi Scale Remote Interface enables users to network all the plant’s belt scales into one location for display and data logging.
WP25 Weigh Processor
Tecweigh’s most economical option for your scale is also the newest processor we offer, the WP25. This processor maintains the same high visibility display and large buttons for easy operation that will be familiar to our returning customers. It works well with either a belt scale or weigh belt.
MS20 Multi-Scale Processor
The MS20 has all the functionality of the WP20 plus it can handle up to four conveyor belt scales.
FC20 Flow Rate Controller
Use the FC20 when you need a belt scale processor but also feed rate control using a PID loop. Tecweigh often supplies this version with a weigh belt feeder.
Netbiter® Data Collection
Netbiter® EasyConnect™ EC300 series communication gateways are the hardware part of the Netbiter®Remote Management solution. The gateway connects to your Tecweigh scale processors (up to 25, or more) via Modbus TCP. Through expansion modules other analog and digital sensors can also be connected.
WPLD Load-out Controller
The WPLD processor automatically controls load out or batch sizes.
